Since 2011 , CFJC has been supervised by the ACPR (Autorit\u00e9 de Contr\u00f4le Prudentiel et de R\u00e9gulation) as an Investment Company (IE) and has been regulated by the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority ) as an Investment Service Provider (ISP). CFJC has demonstrated its sustainability, European regulatory standards compliance (KYC, minimum required capital, risk control and risk management, etc.) and has benefited from the European regulatory passport (LPS – Libre Prestation de Service) allowing a pan-European activity (France, Italy, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Germany, Austria, Spain, etc.).<\/p><\/div> <\/div>\n
